Massage
Regular pregnancy and postnatal massages offer numerous benefits. A 90-minute full-body aromatherapy massage allows you to deeply relax and prioritise your wellbeing.
As well as being deeply calming, massage can help restore balance in both mind and body, and address specific pregnancy or postnatal discomforts that you might be experiencing.

Reflex Zone Therapy
Like reflexology, reflex zone therapy (RZT) regards the feet as a map of the whole body.
I will complete a full consultation before beginning to apply pressure to various safe points on your feet to trigger a sedation or stimulation response to the relevant area in your body associated with that reflex point.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion for turning a breech baby is a traditional Chinese medicine technique used to encourage a baby to move from a bottom down position to turn to being head-down before birth. It involves burning a herb called moxa near a specific acupuncture point on the body.
This treatment is taught to you and a birth partner in your home, and then used twice a day for 5-7 days.

Pregnancy sickness can be exhausting and utterly debilitating. frustratingly it often starts in the first trimester when many people might not be aware that you are growing a baby.
We can manage symptoms by considering your medical history and applying some small lifestyle changes alongside focused reflex zone therapy points to manage your physical health and emotional wellbeing.

I offer specialist Hypnobirthing sessions to you and your birth partner as you approach your planned Caesarean birth, in the comfort of your own home, giving you the opportunity to carve out precious time to truly get into the birth headspace and plan / prepare for the weeks and months ahead.

Postnatal Recovery + Wellbeing
Designed specifically for postnatal recovery, this package was created following a trip of a lifetime where I experienced deeply nurturing postnatal practices in Morocco and draws on my experience working as a community midwife in London.
These soothing treatments are what I would have loved, but didn’t know where to find, during my own postnatal experiences.

Encouraging Labour
Between 37-42 weeks we can focus more on preparing your mind and body for birthing, with an approach that includes using due time essential oils, massage, stimulating specific acupressure points and reflex zone therapy to help you deeply relax and encourage your birthing hormones to thrive.
