I offer Hypnobirthing sessions to you and your birth partner as you approach your planned Caesarean birth, in the comfort of your own home, giving you the opportunity to carve out precious time to truly get into the birth headspace and plan / prepare for the weeks and months ahead. 

 

Typically we do the sessions over two weeks to give you time to digest the information and gather thoughts and questions about the content. Each part of the course will take approximately 2.5 hours, with time to digest the information we have discussed in-between. 

 

I will send you the calm caesarean MP3 recording that I have created for you so that you can practice in between our sessions and after the course has been completed. 

 

During the course I will teach your birth partner how to support you as you approach your Caesarean birth with soothing, calming massage and I will create a tailored massage oil for you to use safely at home during your breath work and massage practices.

 

We will discuss your emotional and physical needs as you approach birth and discuss:

 

• The mind & body connection 
• Fear – tension – pain
• Breath work 
• Birth environment 
• Guided imagery, visualisation and deep relaxation 
• Communication with birthing staff
• Affirmations and afformations for creating a present headspace  
• Oxytocin  + aromatherapy message 
• Communicating your birthing preferences taking your physical and emotional needs into account 
• Recovery post Caesarean birth 
• Plus anything personal and specific to your own preferences that you would like to discuss
