Pregnancy sickness can be debilitating and emotionally draining and is often shrouded in misconceptions of only being experienced first thing in the morning or only during the first 12 weeks.  

My integrated nausea and vomiting package takes a holistic approach which includes time for for you to talk and be understood and scooped up, a complete and thorough in-depth history taking, supporting you with important information, hands on treatment with reflex zone therapy on particular points that can impact the root of the issue AND a huge amount of emotional support because feeling ill for weeks/months on end can be beyond gruelling.  I have had clients that have had vomiting episodes triggered by touch and sound as well as the more commonly recognised smell but I am here to support

Typically, your first appointment will take 90 mins as we go through a full pregnancy sickness consultation you will then have two further appointments where we will use a combination of reflex zone therapy (similar to reflexology), aromatherapy and clinical hypnosis to support your mind and body.

Please be aware: Mild / Moderate pregnancy sickness is not the same as hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) where a person may have such severe nausea / excessive sickness that they need medical treatment for possible dehydration.   This package consists of three sessions to help you feel supported and cared for, whilst offering gentle remedies and physical hands on therapies. If, I think your symptoms are more likely to be hyperemesis gravidarum (which is a more severe illness and may need medical intervention, rehydration therapy and possibly anti sickness medication) I will explore this further with you.
